Art Shop Project: Call for Submission

The Art Shop Project is a project The Gateway created to support local arts and re-purpose and fill up our vacant store windows (about a dozen of ’em). We bring them to life with temporary art installations from local artists and students—using all mediums (think Anthropologie, Fifth Avenue, and beyond).

Your work, along with your name and project description, will be on temporary display during Illuminate Festival and through Winter season. It’s an exciting opportunity that we are thrilled to share with our local artists.

The duration of the installation will be from November 16th and as part of The Salt Lake Art Stroll, The Gateway would be able to offer the opportunity to open up your space to showcase and sell your other art pieces and projects.

Please submit application to jbriggs@vestar.com and jbreslin@vestar.com no later than 10/15/2020. Selected artists will be notified soon thereafter. Installation must be complete on or before 11/16/20.
