The Gateway, Salt Lake Power Yoga and Squatters | Wasatch bring back YOGA & BEER, a weekly FREE event to clear your mind this fall and winter season. The talented instructors at Salt Lake Power Yoga will lead this series with a power flow yoga, integrating optional Squatters | Wasatch beer drinking postures. In addition to Yoga & Beer, Han’s Kombucha will now be joining us every week. All levels of yogis, beer drinkers, and kombucha lovers are welcome. Yoga is free. Squatters | Wasatch beers are $5. Han’s Kombucha is $5.
No experience needed—all shapes, sizes, and ability levels welcome and supported! Classes will be held every Wednesday at 6 p.m. at The Gateway at 12 S. Rio Grande St.
