The Gateway Concierge is located on the Promenade Level (second level) overlooking Olympic Legacy Plaza or can be reached by calling 456-0000. Let our Concierge assist you with store information, lost & found, restaurant reservations, tourist information, events and activities, strollers, complimentary wheelchairs and more.

Gift Cards

For birthdays, holidays, graduation or "just because," The Gateway American Express Gift Cards are easy to give and great to receive. Gift Cards may be purchased from The Gateway concierge.  A $20 minimum purchase is required. Please call 456.0000 for more information.

Hours

Shop The Gateway Monday-Saturday, 10am-9pm; Sunday Noon to 6pm.

Shop extended hours during the summer and holidays. Theaters, restaurants and holiday hours may vary.
