Urban Flea Market at the Gateway

April 18, 2018

(KUTV) Salt Lake City – Did you know the Urban Flea Market is open year round? Michael Sanders is the Co-Organizer of the Urban Flea Market and appeared on Fresh Living to show off some of his favorite things he’s found at the Urban Flea Market in the past. Edie Trott, Marketing Director at The Gateway, also joined Michael on the show to talk about some other great events at the Gateway.

The Urban Flea Market has a new winter location at the Gateway 12 Rio Grande Street in several buildings on the north end of the Gateway across from the fountains. There are over 70 vendors on the 2nd Sunday in January and March. The same variety of vendors that made our outdoor markets popular (Vintage, Antiques, Handmade, Art and Yard Sale Style vendors). More than just a market, it’s a much-loved community event that is great for the family. Between the food trucks, flea market, and Cool “Flea Market Rock” music throughout the day (including record vendors spinning vintage vinyl), there’s sure to be something for everyone.
